What is included in the registration fee
- Access to the Main Plenary

Instructions for paying the registration fee
Participants can pay by credit or debit card on Cielo's secure payment page (all countries), or by Pix (Brazilian bank accounts only). For Pix, uploading the payment receipt is mandatory; the registration is confirmed after the organisers verify the payment.
Registration for ICBTM must be done exclusively through this website (online).
Registration procedure
- Fill out the registration form and attach a proof of enrollment or copy of official student card (for students).
- Choose your payment method: pay by card on Cielo's secure checkout page, or pay by Pix and upload the payment receipt.
- You will receive a registration confirmation by email (for Pix, after the organisers verify the payment).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests submitted until January 15, 2027: 50% refund of the registration fee.
Requests submitted after January 15, 2027: no refund of the registration fee, but you can transfer the registration to another person.
